PeopleKnow is a platform designed to streamline talent management, offering a range of tools for HR professionals to assess, develop, and manage employees more effectively. The platform enables companies to conduct performance reviews, create personalized development plans, and maintain a centralized repository of employee data, all within a user-friendly interface.

Main request

The client aimed to overhaul their existing platform's backend and architecture to support seamless data migration and significantly improve performance. This update was necessary to accommodate a growing user base and ensure smooth operations during the transition to a new infrastructure. Additionally, the client sought to enhance the platform’s responsiveness and scalability, ensuring that users could access services without delays.

Problem solving

To meet these needs, we restructured the backend using modern technologies, optimizing the architecture for scalability and speed. The migration process was carefully planned to ensure that all user data was transferred seamlessly, minimizing downtime and avoiding data loss.
