About the Client
Moloday provides online education for nutritionists and sells certified courses, vitamins, and health products through its web platform.
Main request
The existing system was extremely slow and unstable — with pages loading up to 16 seconds, broken referral logic, and inconsistent data across modules. The task was to audit the codebase, remove bottlenecks, and restore full functionality without rewriting the entire platform.
What we did
Reviewed backend and database structure, caching logic, and API layer, mapping dependencies between e-commerce, course platform, and referral subsystems
Rewrote heavy queries and endpoints that caused long response times, implementing smart caching and adjusting Nginx configuration
Designed a multi-level custom referral program supporting tiered rewards, conditions, and exceptions with flexible admin panel
Organized tasks in Kanban, introduced short iteration cycles with client demos and cleaned repository structure with environment isolation
Introduced log-based error tracking and alerting with performance dashboards and daily auto-reports
Problem solving
We treated the project like a rescue operation — not a redesign. The main value came from deep diagnostics, methodical optimization, and restoring trust in the platform's data and logic. Each improvement was validated with metrics, turning a struggling platform into a reliable system.

After
Result
Moloday.com is now fast, stable, and transparent for both users and administrators. The new referral system became a measurable sales driver, and the company's team regained confidence in deploying updates safely.
