About the Client

TalentsWOT.com is an Australian startup focused on improving recruitment quality through better understanding of people. Its goal was to move beyond CVs — to analyze how candidates express themselves, communicate, and align with company culture.

Main request

The client wanted to build a proof-of-concept platform capable of evaluating candidate fit using language and communication data. The platform needed to process text responses, apply personality analytics, and give HR teams actionable insights — all while keeping the experience engaging for candidates. The challenge was combining analytics, psychology, and UX into a simple, interactive HR product.
